Deciding to train with Sean has been one of the most pivotal decisions of my life. He and I got together after restrictions were lifted during the pandemic and I needed to get back in shape after being indoors for so long. With less than 3 months into this journey, I had shaved over 10 mins out of my 5k time, dropped over 20lbs (without drastically changing my diet), and most importantly, have learned about how awesome it feels to nurture wellbeing. My experience with Sean has taught me how to:
1- find a 'flow' state between control and struggle
2- showing up constitutes the majority of a workout/discipline
3- tracking results is vital, but feel is just as, if not, more important
