“I started working with Sean after 2 years of stasis and frustration in running and looking to finally break three hours in the marathon. I came in having run 8 marathons and already had experience with marathon training and workouts but Sean helped me to a new level of fitness and got me back my confidence in racing. I got my first PR in two years in a fall half marathon and has put me in strong position to continue to build off of this training going into next year. He prescribed a wide range of workouts including shorter, high intensity speed work and longer, aerobic intervals as part of the marathon training and was extremely flexible in meeting my busy personal/professional schedule. It’s obvious that he cares deeply about the success of the people he coaches, both in running and in life.
