While we had previously run several marathons, we knew we needed to incorporate speed and hill work in order to enhance our performance. Not only did Sean help us to improve our technique, he challenged us beyond what we thought we were capable of achieving.
Each training session was carefully constructed to help us to improve our performance and build mental stamina. It was clear to both of us that Sean is passionate about coaching.
