New iPhone app for runners!
In March I teamed up with the doctors at Duke Chiropractic, one of New York City's best sports rehab centers, to help create an awesome new iPhone app for runners called 'W.E. Run'. The app provides a series of dynamic pre-run exercises, post-run stretches, and core strengthening, that are designed for injury-prevention, enhanced biomechanics and coordination.
