Central Park Coaching - NYC Running Coach is a best in class one-on-one coaching service by professional running coach, Sean Fortune. Coach Sean is a former NCAA track and cross country coach and Nike sponsored athlete for his previous club team. He is a USATF Level II certified coach and former multiple time winner of New York Road Runners' races. He conducts personalized, science-based one-on-one coached running sessions for marathoners, youth runners, and kids.

Lexington, KY - Under fairly cold conditions, NYC-based teams did well against their national counterparts. On the men's side: NYAC took 9th overall, MTC 12th, and CPTC 18th, each making it in the Top -20. The women's race showed a bit better results for NYC locals, with NYAC taking 4th overall and CPTC placing 9th. Central Park, NYC - 22 degrees and dropping, the park hasn't been as crowded lately with the colder weather moving in. More room for us, I say. Those who still love train despite what the thermometer may read, know something the others don't. It's too bad for the others they don't know what they're missing!
