“If you want to run finish a marathon, then start with Sean at Central Park Coaching. I ran my first NY marathon on 3 November 2019 and I finished it in 4 hours and 6 minutes 52 seconds.

I trained with Sean over a period of four months, twice a week. Sean is a trainer, coach, mentor and friend. He knows how to push you, train you, build you and prepare you mentally for the real race. He gave me many advice, tips and suggestions. And when I finally ran the marathon, he was at mile 24, giving me a shout out. That meant a lot to me and took me to the finish line.

Now, I am getting ready to train again and run again, to get a sub-4 hour time. I know I can do it, with Sean on my side. I highly recommend him as a running coach, whether you are running the NYC Half or the real deal.”
