I started training with him because I wanted to race the 5th Avenue Museum Mile. Due to injury we only had 8 weeks to get me race ready but through Sean’s rigorous program he was able to help me come in 5th in my age group (out of 320 runners).
As an older runner (I’m 45) with prior racing experience, Sean has been the perfect coach – he recognizes that older runners are more injury prone and he knows how to push you to your physical and pain-threshold limits without risking injury.
