Coach Sean Makes Running Fun Again! He also makes you a lot faster. I'm 61 years old and I have improved by 1:20/mile over a 10-mile run in the four months I’ve worked with Coach Sean. Few people my age improve that much, and those runs are fun. Coach Sean has taught me a lot of different speed workouts to incorporate into a weekly regimen of two speed runs, two recovery runs and one long run each week. The weekly workouts with him are challenging for sure, but he both pushes and encourages at the same time. It’s been a run-changing experience for me.
